  • Thermiculite® 894 Static Seal

    Thermiculite® 894 Static Seal

    Typical uses:
    Flexible static seal, ON/OFF valves with low actuation.
    Critical service packing made from expanded vermiculite foil and Inconel wire.

  • Enviroflex 500

    Enviroflex 500

    Enviroflex 500 is a low-emission valve stem sealing system. Supplied as a five ring set, consisting of three molded graphite rings and two braided header rings specially formulated from high-performance carbon yarn. Enviroflex 500 has been developed for use in Linear and Rotary valves and has exceeded the most stringent requirements for fugitive emissions, resulting in less product loss and reduced emission penalties. Where PTFE is of concern as a potential source of corrosion, select Enviroflex 506. Typical Applications: high integrity valve stem sealing to reduce fugitive emissions in the petrochemical and chemical industry.

    26D - PTFE Packing

    White, flexible cross braid PTFE packing with temperature range (-85°C to 260°C) in pressure systems up to 14MPa. A high quality packing of PTFE. Limited usage on rotating equipment with shaft speeds up to 3m/s in oxidising and reducing environment range ph 0 – 14. Particular used in petrochemical, chemical, food, Oxygen, pharmaceutical, brewing and clean applications where extremes of pH are seen.

  • 304 Carbon Yarn Packing

    304 Carbon Yarn Packing

    Black, flexible cross braid carbon yarn packing with temperature range (-85°C to 430°C) in pressure systems up to 21MPa. A high quality packing of yarn treated with high performance lubricant, with Zinc corrosion inhibitors supported with an Inconel wire aiding removal. Usage on rotating equipment with shaft speeds up to 20m/s in oxidising and reducing environment range ph 0 - 14. Particular used in petrochemical, power generation and chemical industries.

  • 306 Exfoliated Graphite Packing

    306 Exfoliated Graphite Packing

    Black, flexible square braid graphite packing with temperature range (-200°C to 460°C) in pressure systems up to 30MPa. A high quality packing of graphite supported with an Inconel wire aiding removal. 306TA L is approved to TA Luft specifications. Limited usage on rotating equipment with shaft speeds up to 2m/s in oxidising and reducing environment range ph 0 - 14. Particular used in petrochemical, power generation and chemical industries.

  • GR160 - Die-Formed Rings

    GR160 - Die-Formed Rings

    Black, exfoliated graphite packing with temperature range (-0°C to 550°C) in pressure systems up to 30MPa. The high purity material is essential in critical applications where Halogen and Sulphur contamination is to be avoided. 

    Typical Application: Usage on rotating equipment with shaft speeds up to 10m/s in oxidising and reducing environment range ph 0 - 14. Particular used in high temperature and pressure valve application.
